SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

"It is with great satisfaction that I present to you the first Sustainability Report of the Cerve S.p.A. Group.
In these years, in which we have all felt more fragile, in which our lives have known realities that we thought were distant, our Group has had the strength not to lose sight of its objectives and the process of growth and innovation which constitutes the its very reason for being.

Evolution within tradition: this is the mission that has guided us in recent years. Glass represents the essence of our Group. But it is no longer just the art of decoration, which has allowed us to be considered among the major players on the market. We wanted to go back to the roots, to that furnace with its colors that degrade from incandescent red to orange and from which everything that then becomes a container and a houseware is born. We bought Technoglas, one of the most avant-garde glassworks in Europe, and we have made this return to our origins the basis of our path towards the future.

The long road we are traveling is not that of a solitary traveller: all that we have built up to now and that we intend to build is a journey that we take together with all of you. You who are our employees, our customers, the communities in which our plants are rooted. And along this path we want to tell you who we are, what we have done and above all what our goals are for the future. But we also want to listen to you, understand your needs in order to try to satisfy them in the best possible way. This Sustainability Report is the tool that we have given ourselves and that we have given you to grow together."
